  • How will my order be packaged?
    Your order will be discreetly packaged to maintain your privacy. We ship using nondescript boxes with no indication of what is inside.
  • Who is eligible to make a purchase?
    You must be 19 years of age or older and residing in Canada to make a purchase.
  • How do you contact us if you have further inquires?
    Contact us through our website 'Chat'. This is the quickest way to get in touch with us. Email us info@therezshop.ca OR use our Contact Form. We aim to reply to your messages within 12 hours. Phone us at 250-510-7981 and leave us a message. We aim to reply to your messages within 24 hours, however due to barriers of accessibility, this option of communication can exceed 24 hours.
  • What is the currency used on the site?
    Canadian Dollars (CAD)
  • What happens if my package is damaged?
    If your package is damaged, missing items, or does not show up, please contact us at info@therezshop.ca Please email a photo of your shipping label, order, and the items you did receive. We will review on a case by case basis following our internal policies and procedures. The Rez Shop does not accept Returns or Exchanges. ALL Sales are Final.
  • How will my order be packaged?
    All shipments come in discreet shipping packaging. This is in an effort to minimize/protect shipments from theft during shipping.
  • Where do we ship to?
    We ship to anywhere within Canada
  • Package was not received?
    Unfortunately due to the high % of lost, stolen and confiscated packages when shipping, you will not receive a replacement package if the order is not delivered. Please order at your own risk
  • When will my order ship?
    We now offer several different shipping/delivery options: If we receive your order and payment by our 9:00am PST cut-off time 1. Your order will ship that business day via Standard Courier Shipping OR 2. If you're a local customer (within 25km of our Head Office in Duncan), you now have the option of choosing 'Hand Delivery' meaning you'll receive your order the same day. If we receive your order and payment after 9:00am PST, your order will ship the next business day: 1. Your order will ship the following business day via Standard Courier Shipping OR 2. If you're a local customer (within 25km of our Head Office in Duncan), you now have the option of choosing 'Hand Delivery' meaning you'll receive your order the following business day.
  • Do we ship outside of Canada?
    NO
  • Can I pick up my order from a local location?
    No. The Rez Shop is an Online Only Dispensary with local hand delivery options provided by a third-party delivery service, or shipping through Standard Courier Shipping.
  • Can an order be cancelled?
    ONLY prior to shipping can an order be cancelled. Once your order has been picked up by courier or local delivery service, your order can NO LONGER be cancelled
  • What is our refund/exchange policy?
    We do not accept product returns/exchanges. All sales are final.
  • What payment options are available?
    We will accept etransfer to info@therezshop.ca. We also accept Credit Card payment. Cash payments for Local Hand Deliveries is NOT accepted.
  • Does the Rez Shop have a Store Front?
    No. The Rez Shop is an ONLINE ONLY Dispensary
